Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if booking cancelled within 48 hours after booking.
  • A 50% refund is applicable if booking cancelled at least 7 days before arrival at 15:00. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable.
  • No refund if booking cancelled within 7 days before arrival at 15.00.

House Rules 

  • Check-in time 15:00; Check-out at 11:00
  • No smoking or durian in the unit (RM500 cleaning fee for smoking, including residual smoke odour)
  • Do not dispose of garbage outside your door
  • No gatherings or parties in the unit or corridor (RM500 extra cleaning fee for unauthorized parties)
  • Keep noise levels down after 21:00 (Quiet hours from 21:00 to 08:00. RM200 fine for noise complaints reported to security)
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Park in designated lots to avoid clamping (RM100 fee for unclamping vehicles due to illegal parking)
  • No luggage storage provided for early arrival
  • No shoes inside the unit

Additional Rules

  • Malaysian tourists can get a refund on the tourism tax with valid Malaysian ID
  • RM300 fee to replace lost access cards/keys. Please exercise caution with these items
  • No additional guests allowed other than what was declared
  • We do not tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse
  • The building sky pool is closed for maintenance 07:00 – 09:00 every Mon/Wed/Fri
  • Proper swimwear is a must to enter the pool

Deposit

  • RM300 deposit is required for 1 & 2 Bedroom units 
  • RM500 deposit is required for 3 & 4 Bedroom units
  • Deposit must be made before check-in via Bank Transfer / Credit Card. We will communicate for deposit collection via email or WhatsApp.
  • Unit details and access card will be provided once deposit is made. Please arrange this before arriving for a smooth check-in. We do not accept cash deposits.

Housekeeping and Cleaning Services

Eaton Residences by Sutera@KLCC provides one (1) cleaning service upon check-out only.  Additional cleaning services during the stay are available upon request and require a one-day advance notice. Charges apply as follows:
  • 1 Bedroom Apartment: RM70 per service
  • 2 Bedroom Apartment: RM90 per service
  • 3 Bedroom Apartment: RM110 per service
  • 4 Bedroom Apartment: RM130 per service

Terms & Conditions

The Guest including Minors (below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated at Sutera@KLCC(Serviced Suites) and/or patronizing Sutera@KLCC (Serviced Suites), and shall release Sutera@KLCC (Serviced Suites) and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused.

The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In making this booking, the guest agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
