TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rates are nett in Malaysian Ringgit, inclusive of 8% government tax (SST).
- A stay of at least two (2) consecutive nights is required for this offer.
- This offer is valid for stays at the qualifying rate from 24 August 2024 to 22 December 2024.
- The offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- Unused portions of the package inclusions are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or voucher.
- Credit card prepayment for the full duration of the stay is required at the time of booking and will not be refunded for cancellations, shortened stays or amendments. The rate will also not be adjusted towards any incidentals.
- Not applicable for MICE packages & group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
- A Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-out, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted.
- The Guest including Minors (below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated at Sutera@KLCC(Serviced Suites) and/or patronizing Sutera@KLCC (Serviced Suites), and shall release Sutera@KLCC (Serviced Suites) and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused.
- The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In making this booking, the guest agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
