- Rates are nett in Malaysian Ringgit, inclusive of 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). This adjustment aligns with regulatory changes.
- A stay of at least two (2) consecutive nights is required for this offer.
- All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be amended. Shortening of stays or changing dates is not allowed.
- Unused portions of the package are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and not valid for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
- Black-out dates may apply.
- Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders. The tax will be collected upon check out by the Resort on behalf of the government, and is not included in the total room cost. All Malaysians and Permanent Residents are exempted
- The Guest including Minors (below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated with the boat travel to and from the Resort, and/or for participating in the activities at the Resort and/or patronizing the Resort, and shall release the Resort and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused.
- The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In making this booking, the guest agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
